The Model DCF-K is an carbon steel 150# flanged duplex strainer for use in continuous flow applications to avoid shutting down the system for cleaning. Not recommended for steam service. Simply moving the handle to the right or left will divert flow to chamber under the handle, which allows for cleaning the basket not in use.
Standard diverters are 316 stainless steel up through 4" diameters, and are bronze at larger diameters (316SS is available as an option). And different size basket perforations and meshes are available in stainless steel, monel, and brass to meet specific media requirements. Other options include magnetic inserts, 100% shutoff seals, air eliminators, mounting hardware, and special sealing materials.
Non-Shock Working Pressure for the DCF is 285psi at 100F for water, gas, and oil (WOG) liquids.
