The Model DSF-TL is a larger diameter stainless steel 150# flanged duplex strainer for use in continuous flow applications to avoid shutting down the system for cleaning.
The Scotch yoke style diverter uses a single diverter shaft to transfer the flow. Bubble-tight sealing is achieved through the use of Viton O-rings for chemical compatibility. The three-piece design allows the unit to be rebuilt or repaired inline if needed.
The standard screens are a 304 stainless steel, 1/8" perforation, but many other sizes and materials are available.
Typically these units come with a gear operatore, however pneumatic an electric actuation is available. Contact the factory for details.
